Returns & Exchanges
All of our products are created on demand and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This means once you place your order, your product is customized, created and shipped to you. Please be sure to double check the size, quantity and color options to ensure you receive what you expect. If for some reason you accidentally order the wrong item, offer a random act of kindness and gift your Bad Grammar Tee to someone who would appreciate it.
If you accidentally provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you and your order will be reshipped.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please email us at email@example.com for instructions.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
